The Raiders' attacking prowess was led by Mal Meninga, who capped his illustrious career with a try in his final game. Canberra's dynamic backline, including Laurie Daley and Ricky Stuart, orchestrated brilliant plays, while their defence stifled Canterbury’s efforts. This win marked Canberra's third premiership, cementing their legacy in the league.
